Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment product is made by the buyer with deferred payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the full set of documents:
- Original commodity product invoice signed by the parties executed on form Torg-12-3 copies;
- The original invoice for 100% of the price of products-1 copies;
- Accompanying documents in accordance with clause 2.4. Contract-1 copies;
Calculations are made under contract by transferring money to the bank account of the provider specified in article 10 of the Treaty.
If the contract is with SMSP, the payment period shall be in accordance with applicable law.
