Payment terms:
Оплата производится безналичным расчетом путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Победителя открытого запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме. Расчеты по Договору между Заказчиком и Победителем открытого запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме производятся в порядке, установленном Положением ЦБ РФ «О правилах осуществления перевода денежных средств» от 19.06.2012 г. № 383-П.
Заказчик производит оплату Товара в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней после поставки Товара, подписания сторонами товарной накладной, при наличии счета-фактуры на основании счета Победителя открытого запроса ценовых котировок.
Delivery terms:
Поставка товара осуществляется Победителем запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме одной партией, в течение 10 рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами договора.
Приемка товара по качеству, комплектности и товарному виду осуществляется во время передачи товара Заказчику.
Доставка осуществляется силами и за счет средств Победителя открытого запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме. Стоимость доставки включена в стоимость договора.
