Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's site at: "Base SMU-2" at the address: Volgograd region, Kotovsky district, Kotovo, Coordinates: 50 ° 19′23 ″ N, 44 ° 40′5 ″ E;
b) Requirements for the delivery time of goods:
Product delivery time - Delivery in full not later than October 9, 2019.

Comments: Copies of all available product certificates must be attached to the quotation.
Preference is given to the supplier who has submitted a quotation for the full scope of delivery.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
