Upon receipt of products at least 30 calendar days after the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of railway receipts, waybills. The price of materials is fixed for the entire delivery period and is not subject to change.

Requirements for the delivery time of goods:
The delivery period of the Products is delivery in batches from March 2024 to September 2024 according to the specification and delivery schedule, which is an integral part of the contract.
The delivery schedule is agreed by the two parties at the time of signing the contract.
Comments: Copies of all available product certificates must be attached to the commercial offer.
Preference is given to the supplier who provided the commercial offer for the full scope of delivery.
