Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure by using the ETP functional (clarification requests).
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's application and documents according to the application simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal (with indication of delivery time), signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.

4. Place of delivery: UFA, ul. Jubilee 16/1, base of Ooo "SMU-4"
5. Terms of delivery: Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse according to lot. Transportation costs are separated by a separate line.

- Certificate of Tin;
- Bukh balance for 2015-2017, 2 sq. m. 2018;
- VAT declaration for 2017
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- Guarantee letter of unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the editorial office of the buyer.
- Letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter suggesting that a commercial proposal is intended to be in full compliance with TK or with information on proposed alternative solutions (analogues).

The cost must be specified taking into account the delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The validity of the offer from the participants is not less than 90 days.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, documents confirming the quality.
Products should be new, not used.

In case of non-compliance with technical requirements and absence of certificates, the organizer has the right not to consider this offer.
