Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, invoices, copies of bills of lading with a consignee mark.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until July 17, 2019
Delivery address: Yamalo-Nenets autonomous area, Nadym district, Yurkharovskoye field, production base of LLC SMU-4. Location map is attached. There is a pass system for check-in at the field (filing documents for issuing a pass - 3 working days before arrival). It is required to provide scanned copies of PTS for a motor vehicle (including a semitrailer, if any), a passport and driver’s driver’s license, an agreement with the vehicle owner

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. It is imperative that participants of this procedure be electronically submitted, prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, attach the Bidder's application and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of its commercial proposal (indicating the delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization -participant in this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Delivery Time: until July 17, 2019
4. Delivery place: Yamalo-Nenets autonomous area, Nadym district, Yurkharovskoye field, production base of LLC SMU-4. Location map is attached. 5. Terms of delivery: delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier to the destination. Shipping costs are a separate line.
6. For submission upon request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form №1);
- Commercial offer (Form №2);
- Certificate of INN;
- Buch balance for 2016-2018;
- VAT Declaration for 2018
- Documents confirming the quality of products by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).
- Letter of guarantee about the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- Letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with this request for proposals, or with information on proposed alternative solutions (analogues).

Required warranty period for the product: not less than 12 months from the date of delivery.

The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 45 cal. days
