1. свежая выписка ЕГРЮЛ, 2. оформленное коммерческое предложение, 3. дилерские полномочия, сертификаты, 4. паспорт качества, сертификат качества на партию или образец, 5. лист безопасности, 6. подтверждение оригинальности происхождения продукции, 7. референс-лист по выполненным поставкам аналогичной продукции (с контактными данными), 8. краткая справка о компании, 9. бухгалтерская отчетность Ф01 бухгалтерский баланс, Ф02 отчет о прибылях и убытках, 10. гарантии поставки, 11. информация о собственниках юр. лица, список аффилированных лиц и организаций поставщика и руководителя.
