1. This competitive procedure for choosing a supplier/contractor, is designed in accordance with the Rules of organizer of the successful bidder the tender within the framework of the implementation of the procedures for requesting bids, which (like the ongoing procedure pre-selection of Provider) does not constitute an offer, auction or competition, and her conduct not governed by art. 447-449 h and 1057-1061 h 1 2 CC of the RF. 3. Organization/documentation not corresponding to the specified notification requirements and forms, the organizer has the right to decline without explanation and accept this documentation, and accordingly the applicant that does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedures.

6. Prices must be indicated excluding VAT and include cost of goods, packaging, decoration of the statutory documentation delivery.
7. Payment will be made in roubles after 35 (thirty five) calendar days for the first payment date of the customer (Monday and Wednesday) after receiving the goods, and the signing of the UPD/Torg-12. If it is impossible to confirm the requested terms of payment, we ask you to offer their own. Please note that any advance payment bank guarantee should be provided (not appreciated). Standard penalties 2.5% per week. (see template contract annex 3)
8. The winner (s) bidding affirms the Chairman of the tender Committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferment of payment, the presence/absence of the advance warranty, standard conditions Rusagro, timing of fixation of prices).
9. All bidding contractors Rusagro an electronic B2B free.
EDS is currently not required.
