Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form TORG-12, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of the signed agreement by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
Delivery terms:Terms of delivery: DDP GOK them. IN. Mushroom in the Mezensky District of the Arkhangelsk Region.

Delivery time: According to the schedule in the second quarter of 2022, but not more than thirty (30) business days from the date of submission of the application. Requests for supplied materials may differ from the specified volume depending on the current needs of the Buyer, but do not exceed the total volume specified in the specification.
