Delivery terms:
- In case of winning the purchase, within 10 working days to ensure the availability of the required quantity (for positions with a quarterly need of more than 1 pc.), within the option, the nomenclature for the won positions in their own or rented warehouse in Orenburg. After receiving the application from Transservice LLC, the supplier delivers on the day of the request. Items with a quarterly requirement of 1 pc., are delivered by the supplier after receiving an application from Transservice LLC, but no later than 7-10 days.
- The selection of goods from the supplier's warehouse is not made at a time, but according to the current requests of Transservice LLC during the 1st quarter of 2023

Comments: 1) It is mandatory to provide a completed specification, according to the attached form (SEE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION_ Appendix No. 3).
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

4) This procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, in the event that he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with LLC Transservice, which is part of the LLC Urals Capital Group of Companies
