Payment terms:
Payment upon delivery of the corresponding lot of goods to the buyer's warehouse (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice, within 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
DDP- Noyabrsk, MD. Vyngapurovsky, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. Transfer of ownership of the Buyer's warehouse. In case of victory in the Call for Bidding, within 10 working days, ensure the availability of at least 2 items of nomenclature for the won items in your own or rented warehouse (preferably in Noyabrsk). After receiving the bid from SLK JSC, the supplier delivers on the day of the request or on the next business day. The selection of goods from the supplier's warehouse is not made at the same time, but according to the current bids of JSC "SLK" in 2024.
Comments: 1. The Call for Bidding is divisible, it is possible to submit an bid for a part of the items.
2. In case of winning the Call for Bidding, within 10 working days, ensure the availability of at least 2 items of the nomenclature for the won items in your own or rented warehouse (preferably in Noyabrsk). After receiving the bid from SLK JSC, the supplier delivers on the day of the request or on the next business day. The selection of goods from the supplier's warehouse is not made at the same time, but according to the current bids of JSC "SLK" in 2024.
3. This is not price monitoring, this is a list of the most frequently purchased spare parts for KAMAZ trucks. JSC “SLK" is a transport company with its own fleet, spare parts are purchased for its own needs. The request specifies the minimum annual requirement, the actual requirement will be higher.
4. If the supplier takes part in the request, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a delivery contract in the standard form of JSC SLK without a protocol of disagreement and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the announcement of the Call for Bidding.
5. In connection with the frequent cases of unjustified refusal of the submitted commercial offer / from the conclusion of the contract, it was decided to change the rules for including Bidders of procurement procedures in the stop list of JSC SLK. In case of the first unjustified refusal – inclusion in the stop list for a period of 6 months, in case of repeated refusal - on an ongoing basis.
6. Please be sure to attach a Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead with the same conditions as indicated in this Bid Notice. Be sure to indicate in the Commercial Proposal the manufacturer of the spare parts you offer and the catalog number of the proposed equivalent. WE ARE CONSIDERING EQUIVALENTS.
7. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier, as well as delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
8. The Supplier shall provide a certificate of conformity and/or a declaration of conformity for the Goods if, in accordance with the current legislation, the Goods are subject to certification and/or declaration. The Supplier also provides documents confirming the conformity of the Goods with the mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (depending on which requirements are applicable to the delivered Goods): veterinary, sanitary and epidemiological requirements and hygienic standards, industrial safety requirements, fire safety requirements and other mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The product must also be accompanied by a quality certificate or a quality certificate of the manufacturer.
9. The supplier's and manufacturer's warranty for the Goods must be at least 12 months, warranty obligations apply to all goods and all its constituent parts.
The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This package should ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage
10. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
