Comments:

2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) OBLIGATORY CONDITIONS IS: CASE OF OWN OR RENTAL WAREHOUSE ON THE TERRITORY OF THE CUSTOR (St. Nizhnevartovsk)!!!
4) This procedure is not a notification of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
5) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then it agrees to conclude the contract of delivery according to the standard form of LLC "Jurals Capital" without the protocol of disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
6) The agreement is concluded with all Companies of the Group of the Company "Jurals Capital" LLC. The Group of the Company LLC "Jurals Capital" includes:

3. Samotlortrans LLC
4. LLC "Kuraskovskoye URONO"
5. NefteSpetsTrans LLC
7) IT IS NOT PRICE MONITORING, THE REAL NEED OF THE CUSTOMER
