Payment terms:postponement of 90 calendar days
Delivery terms:- In case of winning the purchase, within 10 calendar days, ensure the availability of the required quantity (for items with a quarterly demand of more than 1 pc.), within the option, the nomenclature for the won items in your own or rented warehouse in Nizhnevartovsk. After receiving the application from the Company GC LLC "Urals Capital", the supplier carries out the delivery on the day of the request. Items with a quarterly demand of 1 pc., are delivered by the supplier after receiving an application from the Company GC LLC "Urals Capital", but not later than 7-10 days.
- The selection of goods from the supplier's warehouse is not made at a time, but according to the current requests of the Companies of the Ural Capital Group of Companies in the period of the 3rd quarter of 2021

Comments:
1) You must provide the completed specification in accordance with the attached form (SEE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION_ Appendix # 3). THE COLUMN WITH THE "MANUFACTURER" FIELD MUST BE FILLED IN.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) Availability of own or leased warehouse on the territory of the customer (d. Nizhnevartovsk).
4) This procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a delivery contract according to the standard form of LLC "Urals Capital" without a protocol of disagreements and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with all the Companies of the Group of Companies "Urals Capital"LLC. The Group of Companies of LLC "Urals Capital" includes:
1. NVDS LLC"
2. LLC " Chernogravtotrans"
3. Samotlortrans LLC"
4. Ugra-Service LLC"
5. Neftespetstrans LLC"
7) THIS IS NOT PRICE MONITORING, THE REAL NEED OF THE CUSTOMER
8) THE PURCHASE IS DIVISIBLE, it is possible to apply for a part of the position
