Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment upon delivery within 90 days
Delivery terms:DDP Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery time: 7 days.
Delivery cost shall be included into the products price. A prerequisite is the required delivery time.

Proposals shall be accepted via e-marketplace only. Documentation attachment is required: a formalized commercial offer, dealership, certificates / passports, a reference list for deliveries of similar products; brief information about the company; accounting reporting F01 balance sheet, F02 income statement.
All the questions and requests for clarifications shall be placed in "Request for Clarification" section of the e-marketplace.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

2.Коммерческое предложение.
3. Дилерские полномочия, сертификаты.
4. Паспорта качества, сертификаты качества на партию или образец.
5. Лист безопасности.
6. Подтверждение оригинальности происхождения продукции.
7. Референц-лист по поставкам аналогичных товаров (с контактными данными).
8. Анкета участника.
9. Бухгалтерская отчетность Ф01: бухгалтерский баланс, Ф02 отчет о прибылях и убытках.
10. Гарантийный срок поставки.
11. Информация о собственниках юр. лица, список аффинированных лиц и организаций поставщика и руководителя.
