- according to the results of the RFP, a supply contract can be concluded both with TNG-Group LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates;
- Certificate of official dealer or partner of the manufacturer;
- Only original spare parts new from the manufacturer;
- indicate the price per unit and fix for a certain period.
Required documents:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
7. Articles of Association
8. The power of attorney or the decision of the founders, on the head, on the right to sign.
9. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer with signature and seal.
11. Participant Form (attached).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
