Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.
The products are delivered by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse located at the address: 350060, Krasnodar Krai, Krasnodar, p. Industrial, A /Ya 2474 (turn to p. Friendly). The cost of delivery is included in the price of the Goods.

In the absence of proposals for positions, the following brands of spare parts are allowed: MANN-FILTER, Donaldson, mFilter, Mahle, Lema(LE.MA ), Wabco, Mec-Diesel, Knecht, Hengst, Filtron, KS, ZF, Dayco, Gates, FIAT, ELRING, DONALDSON, FEBI, Knorr-Bremse, GOODWILL, BM, LYNXAUTO.
Volume distribution between regions:
• Central Federal District (Vnukovo RC, Sprouts, Severny) – 70%;
• NWFD (RC Shushary) - 30%;
It is necessary to attach to the application a completed participant card (Appendix 15 of the documentation) in excel format and a scanned copy with a seal and signature.
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the quantity by 30% (both upward and downward) from the amount agreed upon by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
