Payment terms:Not earlier than the 21st calendar day from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:Selection from the Supplier’s warehouse, or delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in accordance with the application for a period of not more than 5 calendar days.
Priority is given to suppliers closest to the Buyer and capable of providing tractor repair services.

Comments:
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- Price per unit with VAT and delivery cost;
- In case an equivalent is offered, the manufacturer should be specified for each position;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- A bid security (bank guarantee) may be required in case the commercial proposal implies an advance payment (in full or partly). In case an advance payment exceeds RUB 1 000 000 (incl. VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the list from the procurement documentation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
