The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Товар должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении, произведенным не ранее 6 месяцев до дня поставки. Гарантия на товар – не менее срока, установленного заводом-изготовителем. Товар должен быть снабжен комплектом монтажной (при необходимости) и эксплуатационной документации.
Товар должен упаковываться в тару, отвечающую требованиям ТУ и обеспечить сохранность Товара при перевозке. Тара должна обеспечивать полную сохранность груза от всякого рода повреждений, порчи и хищения при его перевозке с учетом возможных перегрузок и длительного хранения. Товар, упаковка, тара должны быть надлежащим образом промаркированы. Стоимость тары, упаковки включается в стоимость товара. Тара возврату не подлежит.
Поставка в течение 3 календарных дней с даты получения заявки Поставщиком.
