The price of the offered products must be indicated taking into account transportation costs, the cost of packaging (containers), payment of taxes, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments. Availability of dealer certificates or concluded agreements with the manufacturer. Product substitution is not permitted. Conclusion of a framework agreement.
