Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is made after receiving the goods and the original documents within 60 calendar days, by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account based on the originals of the invoice, waybill (form TORG-12 or UPD) and the reconciliation statement of mutual settlements.
