The following documents must be attached to the application: a completed commercial offer (with technical characteristics of the product) can be sent after the closing of the auction to the postal address: DDemchenko@elsi-group.ru , certificates/passports for equipment, agreement with the standard draft of the contract, dealer credentials, brief information about the company (questionnaire).
The participant has the right to offer its own terms of delivery (delivery time, payment terms).
