Delivery terms:- In case of a win in the purchase, within 10 working days ensure the availability of the required quantity, within the agreed option upwards (+) 30% of the declared number of items on won positions in its own or leased warehouse in the city. Muravlenko or g. Nojabrske.
- Sampling of goods from the warehouse of the supplier is made not a lump sum, but on current applications of LLC "MTK" in the period of 4 quarter 2020

Comments:
1) It is mandatory to provide the completed specification according to the attached form (CM.PROCESS DOCUMENTATION_ Annex No. 3). A column with a "manufacturer" field is required to be filled.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) The prerequisite is: Availability of own or leased warehouse on the territory of the customer (c. Muravlenko or g. Novyabrsk)!!!
4) This procedure is not a notification of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
5) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in case of declaring the winner to enter into a delivery contract under the standard form of "Jurals Capital" LLC without a protocol of disagreement and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with LLC "Muravlenkovskaya Transport Company", which is part of the GC LLC "Jurals Capital"
