Contract performance security:
Исполнение договора обеспечивается передачей заказчику в залог денежных средств или предоставлением банковской гарантии в размере обеспечения исполнения договора. Размер обеспечения исполнения договора устанавливается в размере 10% начальной (максимальной) цены договора и составляет 253 045,24 руб.
Срок действия обеспечения исполнения обязательств по договору (банковской гарантии) должен превышать срок действия договора на 1 (один) месяц.
Если участником закупки, с которым заключается договор, является казенное, бюджетное учреждение предоставление обеспечения исполнения договора таким учреждением не требуется.
Auto-extension

Расчеты Заказчика с Поставщиком производятся в безналичном порядке платежными поручениями, на основании счета, выставленного Поставщиком после подписания Сторонами товарной накладной и акта сдачи-приемки Товара, Заказчик в течение 60 банковских дней оплачивает Товар по цене Договора.
Delivery terms:
Товар должен быть поставлен по указанным адресам Заказчика в течение 3-х часов после поступления запроса в телефонном режиме, включая выходные и праздничные дни (круглосуточно).
