Contract performance security:
Исполнение договора обеспечивается передачей заказчику в залог денежных средств или предоставлением банковской гарантии в размере обеспечения исполнения договора. Размер обеспечения исполнения договора устанавливается в размере 10% начальной (максимальной) цены договора и составляет 253 045,24 руб.
Срок действия обеспечения исполнения обязательств по договору (банковской гарантии) должен превышать срок действия договора на 1 (один) месяц.
Если участником закупки, с которым заключается договор, является казенное, бюджетное учреждение предоставление обеспечения исполнения договора таким учреждением не требуется.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The Customer’s calculations with the Supplier are made by cashless payment orders, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier after the parties sign the consignment note and the Goods Acceptance Act, the Customer pays the Goods for 60 banking days at the price of the Agreement.
Delivery terms:
The goods must be delivered to the specified addresses of the Customer within 3 hours after the request is received by telephone, including weekends and holidays (around the clock).
