Contract performance security:
Исполнение договора обеспечивается передачей заказчику в залог денежных средств или предоставлением банковской гарантии в размере обеспечения исполнения договора. Размер обеспечения исполнения договора устанавливается в размере 10% начальной (максимальной) цены договора и составляет 296500,08 руб.
Срок действия обеспечения исполнения обязательств по договору (банковской гарантии) должен превышать срок действия договора на 1 (один) месяц.
Если участником закупки, с которым заключается договор, является казенное, бюджетное учреждение предоставление обеспечения исполнения договора таким учреждением не требуется.
Обеспечение исполнения договора возвращается поставщику (подрядчику, исполнителю), с которым заключается договор, при условии надлежащего исполнения им всех своих обязательств по договору в течение тридцати дней со дня получения заказчиком соответствующего письменного требования поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя). Денежные средства возвращаются на банковский счет, указанный поставщиком (подрядчиком, исполнителем) в этом письменном требовании.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The Customer's settlements with the Supplier are made by bank transfer by payment orders, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier after the Parties signed the consignment note and the acceptance certificate for the Goods, the Customer, within 60 banking days, pays for the Goods at the price of the Agreement.
Delivery terms:
The goods must be delivered to the indicated addresses of the Customer within 3 hours after receiving the request by telephone, including weekends and holidays (around the clock).
