Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Customer's settlement with the Supplier shall be made in a non-cash manner by payment orders, based on the invoice made by the Supplier after the Parties signed the goods invoice and the acceptance certificate Product, Customer pays for the Item within 60 bank days at the Contract price.
Delivery terms:
