Comments: 1. This competitive procedure at the choice of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure of request for commercial offers, which is not is an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without giving reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participant.$
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners, dividing the delivery of the goods at its own discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in competitive procedure.$
3. The model contract shall be sent for signature to the Winner (s) determined during the Tender Committee meeting, which shall be held by the Organizer of the Competition Procedure after the end of this procedure on electronic trading platform B2B-center.

5. The participant of this procedure shall send the Commercial Proposal according to the Standard Form of the Procedure Organizer.
6. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant shall not to meet the requirements of the competitive procedure.
