Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made after receipt of the goods and original documents within 60 calendar days, by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account on the basis of the original invoice, waybill (form TORG-12 or UPD) and the reconciliation statement. Moreover, the goods are not considered to be pledged to the Supplier.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods within 10-15 days from the date of signing the contract in 2019, the cost of the goods should be subject to transport and other expenses of the supplier, the goods are delivered by road and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse located at: Russian Federation, Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsk, ul. Surgut, house 17, building 1., the offer must be valid until 10/31/2019.
