- Sampling of the goods from the warehouse of the supplier is carried out not at a time, but according to the current requests of LLC "Transservice" in the period of the second quarter of 2020

Comments:
1) It is obligatory to provide the completed specification according to the attached form. TABLE WITH FIELD "MANUFACTURER" MUST BE COMPLETED.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, in the event of its winner, to conclude a delivery contract according to the standard form of LLC "Yuralsk Capital" without a protocol of disagreement and to carry out the delivery under the conditions specified in the purchase announcement.
5) The contract is concluded with LLC "Transservice", which is part of GC "Jurals Capital"
