Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1 Agreement of Contractual Counterparty with the terms of payment - 100% postponement of 60 calendar days
2 The consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment) without any edits by the Contractual Counterparty
3 Contractual Counterparty's consent to fix the price until 03/31/2024
4 Contact person from the Bidder's side (full name, position, contact phone number, email)
5 Company website

Other requirements:
Delivery to the RC. Shipping must be included in the price. The choice of the Winner(s) is carried out at minimum prices for 1 unit of production.
The buyer reserves the right to post-position placement of orders (for different RC) to different counterparties, based on the best price offers.
