Payment for the delivered products under the contract is made by the Buyer within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the Novovoronezh Nuclear Plant branch of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC JSC on the acceptance of products by the Provider providing documents (subject to compliance with the design requirements established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the agreement) .
The originals of the documents are transmitted by the Supplier to the branch of JSC Concern Rosenergoatom Novovoronezh Nuclear Power Plant in any way that allows you to reliably establish the date of such a transfer.

- with the contract price up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);

Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds from the Buyer's settlement account to the Supplier’s settlement account or, as agreed by the Parties, by transferring bills and other securities as payment under the acceptance-transfer certificate.
The date of payment shall be the date of debiting of funds from the Buyer's settlement account or the date of signing of the act of acceptance of transfer of bills and other securities.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
