Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days (if the contract is concluded with the SMEs, the payment deadline is established in accordance with applicable law) from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties to TORG -12) subject to the provision to the Buyer of a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products:
- Original bill of lading for the Products (TORG-12 form) / UPD, signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Delivery time: until March 15, 2020, according to the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the supply agreement).
