Payment terms:
The cost of the products includes all the costs of the Supplier for the manufacture and / or purchase of the Products and their delivery to the Place of delivery (transport costs), including the cost of packaging, labeling, registration of all shipping documentation, the cost of packaging or return of returnable packaging, obtaining permits and passes required for the transportation of the Products along the entire route, loading, unloading, transshipment, transportation, storage in the territory of the Place of Delivery, overhead costs, taxes and fees, customs duties and other mandatory deductions, as well as all other costs that the Supplier is forced to bear in connection with with the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement. The Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Products in the manner, terms and on the conditions provided for in the Agreement.
Delivery terms:
Products are delivered in batches upon request, on terms of self-pickup from the Supplier's warehouse. The Application (Appendix 1.1.) Indicates the name, quantity, delivery time, technical and other requirements.
