The answer provided outside the specified term for the provision of the TCH, as well as the conditions that differ from the conditions of the contract planned for the purchase, will be recognized as inappropriate by the TCH, which excludes the possibility of using it in the formation of the NMC.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
