Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Оплата по факту поставки продукции, в течение 30 календарных дней со дня исполнения обя-зательств по договору. Оплата осуществляется в порядке, предусмотренным проектом гражданско-правового договора (раздел 3 настоящей документации). Поступление от претендента предложения о предоплате любого размера является основанием для отклонения его от участия в процедуре закупки.
Указанная в извещении о закупке цена включает в себя все необходимые расходы и затраты, необхо-димые для выполнения участником своих обязательств по договору (в соответствии с проектом граж-данско-правового договора, приведённым в разделе 3 настоящей документации).
Delivery terms:Максимальный (предельный) срок поставки товаров (выполнения работ, оказания услуг) = 120 дней с момента заключения договора. Поступление от претендента предложения о сроке по-ставки товара (выполнения работы, оказания услуги), превышающего заданное максимальное значе-ние, является основанием для отклонения его от участия в процедуре закупки.
