• The presence of the certificate of the official dealer or partner of the manufacturer;
• Only original spare parts;
• The payment period is 90 days after the signing of the act of implementation on the last day of the month of implementation;
• Organization of a consignment warehouse with an employee in Bugulma RT on the territory of the UGC of TNG-Group LLC within 30 days after signing the consignment agreement;
• Remuneration of TNG-Group LLC for the sale is 0.5 (Zero point five) percent of the value (including VAT) of the goods purchased in the reporting month;
• Maintenance of balances in the consignment warehouse of at least 1 million rubles. according to the approved storage rate;
• Execution of operational requests no more than 5 days;
• Experience in performing similar work.

2. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration with a receipt for acceptance by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity
4. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity
5. Certificate of the official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. A certificate on the status of payments for taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days before the date of submission.
7. Articles of Association
8. Power of attorney or decision of the founders, on the head, on the right to sign.
9. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer with signature and seal.
11. Participant's questionnaire (in the appendix).
