Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

4. The price should include delivery and unloading at the facility.

It is also necessary to specify the number of man-hours for the installation of spare parts.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
