Advance payment is not provided. Payment is made upon delivery of the Goods and the provision of a full package of documents (invoice, bill of lading (or UPD), quality documents) within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Lots No. 1 and No. 3, as well as No. 2 and No. 4 for purchase items are identical to each other, but have a different delivery basis:
LOT No. 1, No. 2: delivery address - Krasnoyarsk Territory, Norilsk;
LOT No. 3, No. 4: delivery address - Arkhangelsk region, Arkhangelsk.
Based on the results of consideration of the received applications of the participants, the organizer of the procedure will make a decision on the purchase of Goods only for one of the lots with duplicate purchase positions. Applications for unclaimed lots will be rejected.
Delivery to the Buyer's address is carried out by the Supplier.
It is required to ensure minimum, short delivery times and specify them in the commercial offer.

To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure must attach the applicant's application, appendices to the application, including a commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. The application form and the commercial offer are attached.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant.
Participants of the procedure are required to upload the following documents:
- participant's application (Form No. 1);
- commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- certificate of INN, OGRN, on entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- balance sheet for the last calendar year;
- partner card;
- VAT declaration for 2021
- the charter, the document on appointment (election) to the position of the head;
- documents for products (passports/ certificates).
- a letter of guarantee about the following:
---- that the products are new, not used;
---- that the submitted commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with this request for proposals;
*specify the contact details of the responsible persons.
The cost of the Goods must be indicated taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
The validity period of the claimed commercial offer must be at least 30 days.
Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
