Окончательный расчет, за вычетом ранее выданного аванса, производится на момент полной готовности оборудования и запчастей к отправке, в соответствии с договором. Delivery terms:	Поставка товара осуществляется на условиях самовывоза со склада Поставщика, единовременно при полной комплектации заказа, в срок не позднее 30.09.2012 г. Поставщик, по согласованию с Покупателем, может осуществить поставку Товара автомобильным, железнодорожным или авиационным транспортом за дополнительную плату в соответствии с выставленным на транспортные расходы счетом.
