Авансовый платеж, предусмотренный п. 2.5.1. Договора, выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу, но не ранее чем за 30 (тридцать) календарных дней до даты, определенной в 1.4. Договора, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком, и с учетом п.п. 2.5.3. и 2.6 Договора. Окончательный платеж в размере 70% (семидесяти процентов) от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами документов, указанных в п. 5.3. Договора, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
