Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Оплата осуществляется в безналичном порядке в виде 50% предоплаты от суммы договора и 50% оплаты после поставки продукции и предоставлении всех документов подтверждающих поставку в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней.
2. В случае если настоящий Договор будет заключен с физическим лицом, в соответствии со статьями 224, 226, 228 Налогового кодекса РФ Заказчик в качестве налогового агента удержит подоходный налог в размере 13 % от суммы, подлежащей оплате по настоящему Договору и перечислит в бюджет по месту учета налогового агента в налоговом органе.
