Payment terms:Terms of payment: Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the moment the goods are received and the Buyer signs the unified invoice form (according to the TORG-12 form, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated December 25, 98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier an invoice issued on the basis of a signed agreement by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The Buyer reserves the right to make payment on a 100% prepayment basis within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of this Agreement and the Specification, by transferring funds to the Supplier's account.
The Supplier, no later than 5 (five) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the advance amount, issues an invoice to the Buyer for the advance payment against the upcoming delivery of the goods.

Delivery basis: DDP, Arkhangelsk region, Mezensk district, diamond deposit named after AT. Mushroom.
