Payment terms:Payment under the civil law agreement will be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier within 30 (thirty) days upon delivery of the goods after duly executed and signed by both Parties act (acts) of acceptance and transfer of goods, consignment (consignment) and on the basis of the invoice (invoice) issued by the Supplier. Advance payment is not applicable.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
