Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the cost of goods and materials, and also the cost of goods and materials should include the application of a logo in accordance with the corporate style of JSC "GSI".
Delivery terms:The supply of material assets will take place in stages, on the 5th-15th of each month, but no more than 3 deliveries of the monthly requirement according to the Buyer's submitted application. The BOM fixes the unit cost, not the volume. Delivery time 5-15 calendar days from the date of signing the monthly Specification, which indicates the required quantity and nomenclature.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT: from 150,000 (for all positions).
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF DELIVERY STEPS: 1 to 3 monthly. Analogs are considered, but overalls and safety footwear must comply with the characteristics not lower than those specified in the Terms of Reference.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials in accordance with purchasing positions. Trades are held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until December 2021 inclusive. The selection of materials will occur from January to December 2021. INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lots is for informational purposes only and serves to fix prices per unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. At the close of the auction, requests for proposed samples will be sent out. Samples of goods and materials must be provided to the Buyer within 5 working days. With the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all terms of delivery, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production.
1. The analogs of products offered for delivery must comply with the TECHNICAL TASK and the specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. Samples for experimental wear are provided after the end of filing applications to the Buyer with the obligatory attachment of valid product certificates.
3. The logos applied to the workwear must correspond to the corporate style of the GSE GROUP OF COMPANIES.
4. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
5. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
7. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
