Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of goods and materials, and the logo must be included in the price of goods and materials in accordance with the corporate style of GSI JSC
Delivery terms:The supply of material assets will occur in stages, on the 5-15th day of each month, but not more than 3 monthly supply deliveries according to the submitted Buyer's application. The specification fixes the cost per unit of output, but not per volume. The delivery time is 5-15 calendar days from the date of signing the monthly Specification, which indicates the required quantity and nomenclature.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT: from 200 000 (for all items).
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF STAGES OF DELIVERY: from 1 to 3 monthly. Analogs are considered, but overalls and safety shoes must meet the characteristics not lower than those specified in the Terms of Reference.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until December 2020, inclusive. The selection of materials will take place from JULY to DECEMBER 2020. INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lots is for informational purposes only and serves to fix unit prices, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. At the end of the bid, requests for the proposed samples will be sent. Samples of goods and materials must be provided to the Buyer within 5 working days. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production.
1. Product analogs offered for delivery must comply with the TERMS of REFERENCE and specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. Samples for experimental socks are provided after the filing of applications to the Buyer with the obligatory attachment of valid product certificates.
3. Logos applied to workwear must comply with the corporate style of the GSI GROUP.
4. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
5. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
7. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
