Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of goods and materials, and the application of the GSI logo must also be included in the price of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:
The supply of material assets will occur in stages, on the 10-15th day of each month, but not more than 2 monthly supply deliveries according to the submitted Buyer's application. The specification fixes the cost per unit of output, but not per volume. Delivery time 10-15 days of signing the monthly Specification which indicates the required quantity and nomenclature.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT: from 150,000 (for all positions).
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF STAGES OF DELIVERY: 1 to 2 monthly. Analogs are considered, but overalls should match the color scheme and characteristics not lower than those specified in the Terms of Reference.

Comments: Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials according to procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until December 2020 inclusive. The selection of materials will take place from March 2020. Software December 2020 INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix prices for a unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. Before submitting the TCH, please send samples of suits and jackets to our address for selection. Winter suits should be equipped with overalls, and summer trousers. With the Supplier who has submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production, but not per volume.
1. Product analogs offered for delivery must comply with the TERMS of REFERENCE and specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. Obligatory provision of samples of the proposed products for all positions. Samples for experimental socks are provided after the filing of applications to the Buyer with the obligatory attachment of valid product certificates.
3. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
4. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. The supplier of the products should be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
7. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
