Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the cost of goods and materials, and also the cost of goods and materials should include the application of the "GSI" logo
Delivery terms:The supply of material values will take place in stages, as required every month. The BOM fixes the unit cost, not the volume. Delivery time 30 calendar days from the date of signing the monthly Specification, which indicates the required quantity and nomenclature.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT: from 150,000 (for all positions).
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF DELIVERY STEPS: from 1 to 2 monthly. Analogs are considered, but the overalls must correspond to the colors and characteristics not lower than those specified in the Terms of Reference.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials in accordance with purchasing positions. Trades are held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until December 2021 inclusive. The sampling of materials will take place from January 2021 to December 2021. INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes only and serves to fix prices per unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. Before submitting the TCH, please send us samples of suits and jackets for selection. Winter suits should be completed with overalls, and summer trousers. With the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production, but not for the volume.
1. Analogs of products offered for delivery must comply with the TECHNICAL TASK and the specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. Mandatory provision of samples of the offered products for all positions. Samples for experimental wear are provided after the end of filing applications to the Buyer with the obligatory attachment of valid product certificates.
3. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
4. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
7. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
