Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of goods and materials, and the application of the logo of LLC PGSS on the backs of suits and jackets should also be included in the price of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:The supply of material assets will occur in stages, on the 5-15th day of each month, but not more than 3 monthly supply deliveries according to the submitted Buyer's application. The specification fixes the cost per unit of output, but not per volume. Delivery time is 5-15 days from the moment of signing the monthly Specification in which the required quantity and nomenclature are indicated.
APPROXIMATE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT: from 250,000 (for all positions). The procurement items indicate the approximate monthly need for PPE.
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF STAGES OF DELIVERY: 1 to 3 per month. Analogs are considered, but overalls must meet the characteristics not lower than those specified in the Terms of Reference.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials according to the procurement items. Bidding is held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until March 2020 inclusive. The selection of materials will occur from NOVEMBER 2019. ON MARCH 2020 INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix prices for a unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. Before submitting the TCH, I ask you to send to our address (ivkalinin@p-gss.net) photos of samples of suits and jackets for choosing models according to the style and color scheme. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production, but not per volume.
1. Product analogs offered for delivery must comply with the TERMS of REFERENCE and specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. Mandatory provision of photographs of the proposed products in all positions. Samples for experimental socks are provided after the filing of applications to the Buyer with the obligatory attachment of valid product certificates.
3. According to the size of the letters, the definition of the placement of the logo on the backs of suits and jackets will be agreed upon after experimental wear.
4. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
5. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as the proposal is submitted and their file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
7. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
