Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Products under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 45 days after the delivery of the Products on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, which must indicate the number and date of this agreement. If an agreement is concluded with a supplier that meets the criteria for referring to SMEs, payment for Products under the Agreement is made by the Buyer no more than 15 working days from the date of delivery of the products on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier, which must indicate the number and date of this agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
