Delivery terms:
Delivery of Products is carried out by rail or road transport by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the destination railway station of the Consignee or the Consignee's warehouse, respectively (columns 13,14,15 of Table 1).
Packaging should ensure the safety of Products from spoilage and damage during transportation by all means of transport, transshipment and storage. The container (packaging) is irrevocable.
Marking and distinctive coloring of products must comply with the requirements of GOST 4666-2015 "Pipeline fittings. Marking requirements".
The products are supplied complete with all accessories related to them, and are accompanied by documentation in Russian (technical passport, certificates of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, provisions of standards, codes of rules, GOST standards established for this type of product, operating manuals, other documents supplied by the manufacturer, including those containing information on warranty obligations, availability of service centers, addresses and ways of contacting them, etc.).
The scope of delivery (column 7 of Table 1) is preliminary and will be specified by the Buyer according to current needs.
Early delivery of Products is made only with the written consent of the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right to refuse to accept Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery is overdue by more than ten calendar days.
